Sparring @ Evolution Martial Arts

Karate Sparring  At EMA sparring is used to teach students how to use their martial arts techniques for a self-defence situation in a fun and controlled way.   Karate Sparring Using full equipment  (head gear, mouth guard, hand pads and foot pads) students learn point sparring.  Point sparring is when students will use their martial arts techniques to score points on an opponent by lightly kicking or punching the body or head.

At EMA safety comes first!  All students must first learn respect and control before being able to spar.  Yellow belt and higher may join sparring class.
